Jogging Moments

Napakahaba ng oras pag tambay lang sa bahay. Bilang palipas oras, nagja-jogging din naman ako kapag may time. I mean pag maaga nagigising. So ayun, iba-iba yung mga nakakasama, nakakasalamuha, nakakasabay at naaamoy sa pagtakbo. Lol.

Iba-iba ang trip ng bawat isa:

Minsan pagpunta ko sa jogging place ko akala ko nasa oval na ako at andaming kasali sa track and field. Sprint kung sprint! Olympics ba to?

Minsan maganda yung may kasama ka para ganahan sa pagtakbo. Pero minsan, hindi rin pala magandang idea. Isang beses nakasabay ko yung dalawang nanay. Friendships sila. Hindi na yata nakapagsimula sa dami ng chismis na ishe-share sa isa't isa. Lakas pa ng boses, pang KrisTV! Haha!

At eto, si ateng nakasabay ko, akala ko rarampa e. Mag ja-jogging lang e nakamake-up pa. Madaling araw palang nagpakulot na yata bilang paghahanda. 



Minsan din narinig ko si ateng maganda na nag rereklamo sa boypren nya; ang sakit na raw ng mga paa nya. Pag tingin ko sa paa nya naka-doll shoes pala sya! Hahaha!

At ang pinakamotivating sa lahat... Si ateng chubby na naabutan kong tumatakbo na may hawak na isang balot ng pandesal. Nung nakasalubong ko ulit sya, naglalakad nalang sya at wala na yung hawak nyang pandesal. Natapon? 



Hindi ko akalaing kailangan ko maging 3k finisher (2km lakad at 1km takbo haha) para lang makapag ubos ng oras. Sakit sa joints!

    Hulaan ko, nag stop over pa yan sa isang coffee vendo. Oh diba, kumpleto almusal nya XD

    Anyways, magandang daily routine yang jogging Pao. Keep it up!

  3. namimiss ko na magjogging! i gained weight sa 1-week stay ko sa bicol..
    At gustuhin ko mang magjogging, either puyat ako or late na ko magigising the following day. Oh well, bawi na lang dito. Im back to my new reality na.

  4. Dahil ako ay may kapansanan, hindi na ako makatakbo. Hopefully gumaling na akong tuluyan. Nag jogging ka nga ba o nagmasid lang ng mga taong nag-jogging. Daming realizations ah! Nakakatuwa dahil totoo!

  7. Sabi nga nila ang jogging ay mabuti sa katawan at mas mainam itong gawin sa madaling araw o bago sumikat ang araw at sa gabi kung saan masarap tumakbo sapagkat malamig ng kaunti.

    nakatawa ako yung sa chubby moment na yun ang kulit ba..

  10. Hahaha relate ako sa mga nakaka sabay mo sa jogging! Ung sa akin naman may dagdag na mga barkadahan ng lolo na syempre medyo mabagal mag lakad. Ending naging prusisyon dahil di ka maka singit sa kanila.
